A Grade

Laptop or PC is in excellent condition – There may be a few light scores but otherwise in nearly new cosmetic condition

B Grade

Laptop or PC is in good condition – There may be are some signs of marking or discolour on the casing, there may be pressure marks on the screen

C Grade

Laptop or PC is in average condition – There will be very visible signs of wear and tear.  There may be pressure marks on the screen, There may be some minor cracks in the casing
